montage

As part of my painting practice I often return to the familiar - shapes and colour around me, flowers, fruit, interiors and domestic spaces. Usually this culminates in making a montage or composition by combining parts or the whole of photos, objects, or designs. I have also explored the same approach to re-visualising the London skyline, applying paint to image transfers and creating unfamiliar juxtapositions.
